From the west
(entering Nashville from Memphis [I-40]):

Follow I-40 until it meets I-65 toward Louisville. Take I-65 and immediately begin moving to the right lane as you'll want to take the first exit marked Rosa L. Parks Boulevard (Exit 85). Turn left at the top of the ramp and you'll be on Rosa L. Parks Boulevard. Follow Rosa L. Parks Boulevard (traveling away from downtown). At the corner of Rosa L. Parks Boulevard and Great Circle Road, turn right onto Great Circle Road and go about 5/10 of a mile to Mainstream Drive. Turn left on Mainstream Drive. TnPAP is at 545 Mainstream Drive (Riverview Building). This is the 3rd building on the right. Parking is permitted in most of the lot, unless indicated otherwise. TnPAP is located in Suite 415. When you exit the elevator, turn to the right and make a quick turn to the right and proceed to the end of the hall.


From the east
(entering Nashville from Chattanooga [I-24] or Knoxville [I-40]):

Travel on I-40 West to Nashville until I-40 merges with I-65N and I-24W (Exit 208). Continue to travel on I-65N (moving into the right lane). Take the exit marked Rosa L. Parks Boulevard (Exit 85). Turn left at the top of the ramp, (away from downtown) and you will be on Rosa L. Parks Boulevard. Travel to the 5th traffic light (do not count the light at the exit ramp). A the corner of Rosa L. Parks Boulevard and Great Circle Road, turn right onto Great Circle Road and go about 5/10 of a mile to Mainstream Drive. Turn left onto Mainstream. TnPAP is at 545 Mainstream Drive (3rd building on the right after turning onto Mainstream Drive). Parking is permitted in most of the lot, unless indicated otherwise. Take the elevator to the 4th floor. After exiting the elevator, turn right. TnPAP is at the end of the hall, Suite 414.


From the south (I-65):
Follow I-65 North until you reach the left veer onto I-40 toward Memphis. Take the left veer and begin moving to the center or right lane. Continue until I-65 veers off to the right. Take the right veer and stay in the right lane. You'll take the first exit onto Rosa L. Parks Boulevard (Exit 85) Turn left at the top of the ramp and you'll be on Rosa L. Parks Boulevard. Follow Rosa L. Parks Boulevard (traveling away from downtown). At the corner of Rosa L. Parks Boulevard and Great Circle Road, turn right onto Great Circle Road and go about 5/10 of a mile to Mainstream Drive. Turn left on Mainstream Drive.
