Account Activation for Random Specimen Testing Program

 

You must activate your account prior to using the AOS service. Your PIN # to utilize this

service is:_______________________. OBTAIN # FROM YOUR CASE MANAGER.

 

To Activate your account online:

1.      Go to www.aosintl.com/cms and click Login.

 

2.      On the CMS Login page, click “Click here to activate your account."

 

3.      Enter your PIN# in the space provided.

 

4.      Enter your month and year of birth in a MMYY format. For example if you birth date is January 1980, enter 0180.

 

5.      Step 1: Verify Identity. Verify that the information displayed is correct and about you. If correct, click Yes, then click the Continue button.


6.      Step 2: Login Details. Select your Login details. Enter a Username and Password (this can be anything that you want it to be. Make sure that you write this information down and keep it in a safe place.). If you do not have an email address, you can make one up.

 

7.      Step 3: Agreement. Carefully read the Participant Agreement and, if acceptable, click the “I Accept the Terms of this Agreement” check box.

 

8.      Step 4: Payment. There are two service options available. For details, refer to the "AOS Service Options" document provided. Click the Option that you will be enrolling in. (The default is Online Self Service. If you are not sure, select this option. You can always enroll in the Full Service Program Option at a later time.)

 

 

9.      Step 5: Account Confirmation. You are provided with confirmation of your account activation. Ensure that you Print this screen for your records. You are now able to Login to the system at www.aosintl.com/cms .
