The Tennessee Professional Assistance Program (TnPAP) is designed to assist in the rehabilitation of health care professionals who are in violation of their Practice Act due to the disease of addiction and related psychological disorders.

TnPAP provides compassionate and structured support to healthcare practitioners who may be experiencing devastating issues due to physical, emotional, psychological, substance use/abuse (illegal drugs and prescribed medications).

TnPAP is a program of the Tennessee Nurses Foundation. This program is funded under an agreement with the Tennessee Department of Health.
